Responsibilities

Candidates can look forward to regular client contact, a role in business development and proposal writing/methodology creation, and a

1. Strategy Development and Execution:
  • Develop marketing strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives. 
  • Execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email, print, etc.). 
  • Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
2. Content Creation and Management: 
  • Oversee the creation of marketing content, including blogs, articles, videos, social media posts, and advertisements.
  • Ensure all marketing materials are consistent with the brand voice, style, and tone.
3. Digital Marketing:
  • Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media advertising. 
  • Analyze digital marketing performance and provide actionable insights for improvement. 
  • Oversee website management and optimization for user experience and lead generation.
4. Market Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Prepare reports on marketing metrics and KPIs.
5. Budget Management:
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget.
  • Allocate funds across various marketing channels and campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on ROI for marketing investments.
6. Team Leadership:
  • Supervise and mentor junior marketing staff.
  • Coordinate with other departments (sales, product development, customer service) to ensure alignment and collaboration.
7. Event Planning and Coordination:
  • Plan and execute promotional events, trade shows, and conferences. 
  • Coordinate logistics and ensure successful event execution.
8. Vendor Management:
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure deliverables are met.

Qualifications:

  • • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
 Skills:
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, email marketing platforms).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in [specific industry or field].
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and web design principles.
  • Certification in digital marketing or related fields. Working Conditions:
