1. Strategy Development and Execution:
- Develop marketing strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email, print, etc.).
- Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
2. Content Creation and Management:
- Oversee the creation of marketing content, including blogs, articles, videos, social media posts, and advertisements.
- Ensure all marketing materials are consistent with the brand voice, style, and tone.
3. Digital Marketing:
- Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media advertising.
- Analyze digital marketing performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Oversee website management and optimization for user experience and lead generation.
4. Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and threats.
- Analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Prepare reports on marketing metrics and KPIs.
5. Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the marketing budget.
- Allocate funds across various marketing channels and campaigns.
- Monitor and report on ROI for marketing investments.
6. Team Leadership:
- Supervise and mentor junior marketing staff.
- Coordinate with other departments (sales, product development, customer service) to ensure alignment and collaboration.
7. Event Planning and Coordination:
- Plan and execute promotional events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Coordinate logistics and ensure successful event execution.
8. Vendor Management:
- Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure deliverables are met.
Qualifications:
- • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, email marketing platforms).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
