About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring an Academic Coordinator to keep academic schedules, student support and reporting organised so that teaching can run smoothly. You will be the link between faculty, students and administration, making sure nothing important falls between them.
What you'll do
- Prepare and update academic timetables, class schedules and assessment calendars for each term.
- Coordinate with faculty on course delivery, substitutions and academic deadlines.
- Respond to student queries about classes, assessments and academic processes.
- Track attendance, results and academic progress, and prepare regular reports for academic heads.
- Handle academic administration such as student records, notices and documentation.
- Flag students who need extra academic support and help arrange the right intervention.
- Organise academic meetings, parent interactions and review sessions, and circulate clear minutes afterwards.
What you'll bring
- 2–6 years of experience in academic coordination, education administration or student support.
- A graduate degree in any discipline, with relevant experience or demonstrated skills preferred.
- Strong organisation and close attention to deadlines across several courses at once.
- Clear, courteous communication with students, parents and faculty members.
- Comfort preparing reports and maintaining accurate academic records.
Good to have
- Familiarity with learning or student management systems used by institutions.
- Exposure to examination coordination, invigilation planning and result processing.
- Prior experience in the education or training sector.
