About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring an Admissions Counsellor – Premium Programmes to guide experienced applicants through high-value admission decisions. You will build relationships with applicants and institutions and counsel each applicant with depth and care.
What you'll do
- Counsel working professionals and senior applicants on how a programme fits their plans.
- Run detailed counselling conversations covering curriculum, outcomes, time commitment and fees.
- Build outreach links with institutions and organisations that can refer suitable applicants.
- Manage a pipeline of high-intent applicants with personalised, well-timed follow-up.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments and documentation steps in the admission process.
- Share applicant insights with programme teams to improve the admissions experience.
- Host information sessions for prospective applicants and answer detailed questions afterwards.
What you'll bring
- 4–8 years of experience in admissions counselling, education sales or relationship management.
- A graduate degree or an MBA as your qualification.
- Polished, consultative communication with experienced professionals and senior applicants.
- Strong relationship building and disciplined management of an applicant pipeline.
- Experience with institutional outreach or partner referrals in education.
Good to have
- Exposure to executive education or postgraduate programmes for working professionals.
- Familiarity with CRM-based tracking of admissions and applicant stages.
- Prior experience in the education or EdTech sector.
