About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring an Admissions Manager to own the admissions process and make sure every applicant receives clear, honest guidance. You will manage counsellors, strengthen institutional outreach and improve how enquiries become admissions.
What you'll do
- Manage the admissions cycle, from enquiry handling to final enrolment, against agreed timelines.
- Coach admissions counsellors on consultative conversations and follow-up discipline.
- Plan institutional outreach with schools, colleges and organisations to build applicant interest.
- Review conversion at each stage of the admissions funnel and fix bottlenecks.
- Handle escalated applicant and parent concerns with sensitivity.
- Share admissions progress and forecasts with senior leadership, with clear recommendations.
- Set admissions policies and checklists so that every counsellor applies eligibility rules consistently.
What you'll bring
- 4–8 years of experience in admissions, counselling or education sales, including team responsibility.
- A graduate degree or an MBA, either of which is acceptable.
- Strong relationship management with applicants, parents and institutions.
- Ability to analyse admissions data and act on what it shows.
- Clear, confident communication in meetings, presentations and difficult conversations.
Good to have
- Exposure to admissions for EdTech or online learning courses.
- Familiarity with admissions CRM tools and weekly reporting dashboards.
- Prior experience in the education sector in an admissions leadership role.
