About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring an Airport Lounge Executive to welcome passengers into the lounge and make their time before a flight relaxed and comfortable. You will check access, look after guests during their visit and keep the lounge running to standard.
What you'll do
- Verify lounge access entitlements, boarding passes and membership details at reception.
- Welcome and seat guests, explaining the lounge services available to them.
- Keep guests updated on flight timings and remind them when boarding is due.
- Coordinate with food and beverage colleagues on replenishment and guest requests.
- Check that seating areas, washrooms and service counters are clean and well presented.
- Record entry details and guest feedback accurately for daily reports.
What you'll bring
- 0–3 years of experience in lounge, hotel, airline or customer service roles; freshers may apply.
- 10+2 or a graduate qualification depending on the role, with aviation, hospitality or customer-service training preferred.
- A gracious, attentive hosting style that makes guests feel looked after.
- Clear communication and calm handling of guest requests.
- Care and accuracy with entry documentation and daily records.
Good to have
- Exposure to looking after frequent flyers or members of loyalty schemes.
- Familiarity with the basics of food and beverage service.
- Prior experience in the aviation or hospitality sector.
