About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring an Assistant Store Manager – Luxury Fashion to support the running of a luxury fashion store and step in to lead when needed. You will share leadership of the floor, guide associates on clienteling and keep operations to standard. Your attention to detail protects the experience clients expect.
What you'll do
- Share daily store leadership, running briefings and assigning floor responsibilities to associates.
- Guide associates on clienteling, from capturing client preferences to timely follow-ups.
- Oversee stock receipts, transfers and counts so inventory records stay accurate.
- Join important client visits to support associates and help close high-value sales.
- Track sales against plan and flag issues to the store manager with suggested actions.
- Lead the store in the store manager's absence, keeping service and standards consistent.
What you'll bring
- 4–8 years of experience in luxury or premium fashion retail, including supervisory responsibility.
- A graduate degree or an MBA, along with hands-on floor leadership.
- Strong knowledge of retail operations and stock control.
- A personal record of clienteling and building client relationships.
- Calm, clear communication with clients and colleagues alike.
Good to have
- Supervisory experience gained in a luxury fashion boutique.
- Exposure to visual merchandising briefs and seasonal window changes.
- Familiarity with CRM tools for keeping client records current.
