About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring an Associate Director – Experiential Business to lead the operational and client side of its experiential work. You will keep delivery standards high, budgets in check and teams well led.
What you'll do
- Oversee event and hospitality operations, ensuring each experience is planned and delivered to standard.
- Lead client servicing for key accounts, resolving escalations and keeping relationships healthy.
- Set budgets for experiential projects and track spending against them through delivery.
- Build and manage the vendor base, negotiating terms and reviewing quality after each project.
- Develop operations and servicing teams, building skills and clear accountability.
- Introduce processes and checklists that make delivery more predictable.
What you'll bring
- 10–15 years of experience in events, experiential or hospitality operations, with team leadership.
- A graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline.
- Strong budgeting and cost control across multiple concurrent projects.
- Proven vendor management and negotiation with suppliers of every size.
- Mature client servicing with senior stakeholders and their teams.
Good to have
- Experience heading an experiential business unit or practice.
- Exposure to hospitality standards in hotels or event venues.
- Familiarity with health and safety practices for live events.
