About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring an Associate Director – Learning Solutions to head business development for learning solutions offered to institutions and organisations. You will set direction for the business, guide the team and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Shape the business development plan for learning solutions, choosing priority client segments.
- Engage senior HR, learning and academic heads to understand their capability needs.
- Steer solution discussions and proposals that align learning programmes with client goals.
- Build institutional partnerships that extend the reach of learning solutions.
- Mentor the business development team, building consultative selling capability.
- Review account health and pipeline with senior leadership and agree corrective action.
What you'll bring
- 10–15 years of experience in business development within learning and development, training or education.
- A graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline.
- Proven senior stakeholder management and a talent for building lasting relationships.
- Experience heading business development teams through full sales cycles.
- Ability to shape solution proposals for institutional clients.
Good to have
- Exposure to corporate learning or leadership development programmes.
- Familiarity with digital and blended learning formats for adult learners.
- Prior experience in the learning and development sector.
