About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Beauty Retail Manager to lead a beauty retail store and the advisors who serve its customers. You will manage sales goals, coach the team on product presentation and keep client relationships strong. A well-managed beauty floor gives every customer confident, consistent advice.
What you'll do
- Lead the beauty retail team, organising rosters, briefings and coverage across counters.
- Set sales goals for the store and individual advisors, and review progress with them.
- Coach advisors on consultation, product presentation and relationship building.
- Manage stock levels, tester rotation and expiry checks across the range.
- Handle client escalations and build loyalty with regular clients.
- Keep the store compliant with brand presentation and hygiene standards.
What you'll bring
- 3–7 years of experience in beauty or cosmetics retail, including team leadership.
- A graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline; relevant experience may be considered for some assignments.
- A record of setting sales goals for a team and following them through.
- Good customer handling and calm conflict resolution on a busy floor.
- Working product knowledge across skincare and makeup, enough to coach others.
Good to have
- Management experience in premium or luxury beauty retail.
- Familiarity with brand counter standards and the audits that check them.
- Exposure to visual merchandising for beauty displays and gondolas.
