About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Beauty Store Associate to help customers explore the shelves of a beauty store. The work is practical: finding the right shade, restocking aisles and assisting the advisors when the floor gets busy. It suits someone who enjoys beauty products and helping people choose well.
What you'll do
- Walk customers to the aisle they need and help them compare shades and sizes.
- Answer basic questions on skincare items, and call an advisor when a query goes deeper.
- Open testers for customers so they can try texture and colour before buying.
- Mention related items, such as a matching cleanser or primer, when they suit the purchase.
- Restock aisles, check product dates and remove damaged packs from the shelf.
- Support beauty advisors during busy periods with demonstrations and billing.
What you'll bring
- 0–3 years of experience in retail, beauty or customer service; freshers are welcome.
- A graduate degree, diploma or relevant certification; exposure to beauty or skincare is preferred.
- Real interest in skincare and beauty products of every kind.
- Courteous customer service, even when the store is busy.
- Willingness to build product knowledge on the job.
Good to have
- Some earlier work around beauty or personal care products.
- Familiarity with basic skincare routines and common product categories.
- Exposure to demonstrating products to shoppers on a store floor.
