About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Branch Manager – Education Services to run the branch day to day and manage the counsellors who guide students to the right courses. You will own branch performance, student relationships and the quality of counselling.
What you'll do
- Manage daily branch operations, including enquiry handling, counselling schedules and records.
- Coach counsellors through regular reviews and joint counselling sessions.
- Monitor enquiry follow-up and enrolment progress, and step in on stalled cases.
- Handle escalated concerns from students and parents fairly and promptly.
- Plan outreach activities that bring new enquiries to the branch.
- Keep branch reports accurate and share performance updates with management.
What you'll bring
- 3–7 years of experience in education counselling or consultative sales, including some supervisory responsibility.
- A graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline; relevant experience may be considered for some assignments.
- Strong counselling and relationship management skills with students and parents.
- Ability to motivate a team and keep follow-up disciplined.
- An organised, methodical approach to branch administration and records.
Good to have
- Exposure to study abroad or test preparation services.
- Familiarity with CRM tools for tracking enquiries and conversions.
- Prior experience in the education and student services sector.
