About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Business Development Intern – Education to help grow partnerships with schools, colleges and learners. In this internship you will support institutional outreach, take part in counselling conversations and build relationships that lead to new enrolments.
What you'll do
- Identify schools, colleges and coaching institutes to approach and prepare contact lists.
- Reach out to institutions by phone and email to introduce education offerings and request meetings.
- Accompany the team on institutional visits and record outcomes afterwards.
- Support counselling conversations with prospective learners, explaining courses and enrolment steps.
- Track leads and follow-ups so that interested institutions and learners are not missed.
- Share feedback from the field on what institutions and learners are asking for.
What you'll bring
- Freshers, or up to 1 year of experience, are welcome; 0–1 year in outreach or sales is enough.
- An undergraduate, or a student who is currently pursuing graduation.
- Confident, friendly communication with educators, students and families.
- An interest in relationship building and in education as a field.
- Organisation and persistence in following up with contacts.
Good to have
- Exposure to EdTech products, tuition services or other education offerings.
- Prior experience in college outreach, events or student societies.
- Familiarity with how schools and colleges make partnership decisions.
