About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Catalogue Executive – E-commerce to keep product listings accurate, complete and easy to shop. You will prepare and update catalogue entries, check them against what customers actually receive and help shoppers find exactly what they are looking for.
What you'll do
- Create and update product listings with correct titles, descriptions, attributes, sizes and images.
- Check catalogue data for errors, duplicates and missing fields before products go live.
- Coordinate with category and vendor teams to collect product information and close listing gaps.
- Review order issues and customer feedback for signs of listing problems, such as wrong specifications or pictures.
- Keep product availability and status current so that shoppers are never shown items that cannot be shipped.
- Prepare simple reports on listing quality, pending uploads and corrections completed each week.
What you'll bring
- 0–3 years of experience in catalogue work, data entry or e-commerce operations; freshers are welcome.
- A graduate degree in any discipline; good computer and communication skills are preferred.
- A sharp eye for detail and patience with repetitive, accuracy-focused work.
- Comfort working with spreadsheets and structured product data.
- Willingness to follow up with other teams until listing issues are properly fixed.
Good to have
- Exposure to online marketplace seller panels or content management systems.
- A basic understanding of how product content affects search visibility and conversion.
- Prior experience in the internet and e-commerce sector.
