About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Claims Processing Executive to review claims accurately and move them from submission to settlement. You will check documents, coordinate with the people involved and keep claimants informed at every stage. Careful claims handling protects customers at a stressful moment and protects the organisation from costly errors.
What you'll do
- Receive incoming claims and check that forms and supporting documents are complete and consistent.
- Verify claim details against policy or account records and note any discrepancies for review.
- Request missing documents from claimants politely and follow up until each file is complete.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as verification and finance to move every claim forward.
- Update claimants on status and explain outcomes in plain words, including partial approvals or rejections.
- Maintain accurate claim logs so that every decision can be traced and explained later.
What you'll bring
- 0–3 years of experience in claims, operations processing or customer service; freshers are welcome to apply.
- A graduate degree in any discipline, along with a careful and methodical approach to paperwork.
- A sharp eye for detail when reading documents and comparing information across several sources.
- Calm, empathetic communication with customers who may be anxious about the result of their claim.
- The ability to manage several open files at once without losing track of follow-ups.
Good to have
- Exposure to commerce, finance, banking or customer service through study or earlier work.
- Familiarity with how insurance or banking claims typically move from intimation to closure.
- Prior experience in the banking or financial services sector in a processing role.
