About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Client Advisor – Luxury Retail to look after luxury clients and build relationships that endure. You will offer personalised service, share product knowledge with confidence and keep in touch with clients between visits. Impeccable grooming and presence are part of how clients experience the store.
What you'll do
- Welcome clients and create a personalised, unhurried experience from the first moment.
- Understand each client's taste and occasion, then present pieces that suit them.
- Maintain a personal client book and reach out with new arrivals and invitations.
- Suggest complementary pieces naturally, adding value to the purchase without pressure.
- Present yourself to the highest grooming standards and keep your area immaculate.
- Handle after-sales service and special requests with discretion and good judgement.
What you'll bring
- 2–6 years of experience in luxury sales, premium retail or high-end hospitality.
- A graduate degree in any discipline; relevant experience or demonstrated skills are preferred.
- Proven clienteling ability, including a client book you have built yourself.
- Excellent grooming and personal presentation at all times.
- Natural, polished conversation with clients from many backgrounds.
Good to have
- Client advisory work for a luxury house in the retail sector.
- Familiarity with luxury craftsmanship, materials and heritage stories.
- Exposure to hosting private appointments for valued clients.
