About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Client Relations Intern in luxury retail to help create attentive, personal experiences for every client. In this internship you will support clienteling and day-to-day retail operations, seeing how lasting relationships are built one visit at a time.
What you'll do
- Welcome clients warmly and help them explore collections with care, patience and discretion.
- Maintain clienteling records, noting preferences, past purchases and follow-up dates accurately.
- Help schedule appointments, private viewings and follow-up conversations with returning clients.
- Support sales colleagues during busy periods while keeping service standards consistent for every guest.
- Assist with retail operations such as stock checks, product presentation and after-sales requests.
- Share client feedback with the boutique team so that any service gaps are addressed quickly.
What you'll bring
- Freshers are welcome; 0–1 year of experience in retail, hospitality or customer service is helpful.
- An undergraduate qualification, or current enrolment while you pursue graduation.
- Polished, courteous communication and a calm, attentive manner with every client.
- Attention to detail when recording client information and handling delicate products.
- An appreciation for luxury, fine craft and the standard of service that clients expect.
Good to have
- Exposure to luxury, fashion or premium retail through part-time work or study.
- Familiarity with clienteling practices or simple customer relationship tools used in retail.
- Prior experience in the Luxury / Fashion / Retail sector, however brief.
