About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Client Servicing Manager to own a portfolio of client relationships from onboarding through renewal. You will shape how service is delivered, resolve escalations, then turn strong relationships into new business. It is a role for someone who measures success by how long clients stay and how much more they entrust to the business.
What you'll do
- Own a portfolio of clients, acting as the senior escalation point whenever service falls short.
- Set service standards with response expectations for your portfolio, then review whether they are met.
- Run regular reviews with clients to discuss performance, feedback or upcoming needs.
- Identify cross-sell openings, then build proposals together with business development colleagues.
- Guide junior servicing colleagues on prioritisation, client communication plus follow-up discipline.
- Streamline coordination between delivery teams so that handovers stop slipping between the cracks.
What you'll bring
- 3–7 years of experience in client servicing or relationship management, with ownership of important clients.
- A degree at graduate or postgraduate level in a relevant field; for some assignments, relevant experience may be considered instead.
- Confidence in handling difficult conversations with senior client stakeholders, tactfully yet firmly.
- A track record of improving client retention or widening the scope of work with existing clients.
- Strong organisational skills that hold up across many concurrent client priorities or deadlines.
Good to have
- A background in consumer, e-commerce or professional services client environments.
- Experience mentoring or supervising executives who handle day-to-day client servicing.
- Familiarity with service-level reporting as well as simple measures of client health.
