About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Client Servicing Manager – Events to be the trusted link between event clients and the teams delivering for them. You will own briefs, expectations and coordination from first meeting to final report.
What you'll do
- Take detailed briefs from clients and clarify objectives, audiences and constraints.
- Translate briefs into clear internal plans for creative, production and operations teams.
- Keep clients updated on progress, approvals and changes so there are no surprises.
- Manage scope, estimates and change requests with clients and internal teams.
- Lead and coach client servicing executives, reviewing their communication and follow-up.
- Present post-event reports and use feedback to strengthen each relationship.
- Contribute to business planning by identifying repeat and new work with clients.
What you'll bring
- 6–10 years of experience in client servicing for events or advertising.
- A graduate degree, or an MBA, as your formal qualification.
- Excellent brief handling and coordination across several departments.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills with client teams.
- Team management experience, including coaching junior servicing staff.
Good to have
- Prior experience in the events or advertising sector.
- Exposure to both corporate and consumer brand events of different formats.
- Familiarity with event budgeting, client estimates and cost reconciliation.
