About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Cluster Retail Manager to oversee a cluster of fashion and lifestyle stores. You will answer for sales, store standards plus the teams that deliver them, planning the cluster's business season by season. The job is about making several stores perform as one well-run unit.
What you'll do
- Drive sales across the cluster by setting store plans, then reviewing progress with each store manager.
- Balance stock, staffing or visual standards between stores as fashion seasons change.
- Develop store managers through coaching, regular visits plus honest performance conversations.
- Analyse cluster sales by category to guide replenishment as well as local actions.
- Plan the cluster's seasonal calendar, including new collection launches or end-of-season clearance.
- Make sure shoppers receive the same quality of experience in every store you oversee.
What you'll bring
- 8–12 years of experience in fashion or lifestyle retail, with responsibility for several stores.
- A graduate degree or an MBA, with a practical understanding of retail commerce.
- Proven ability to grow sales across a group of stores at the same time.
- Experience guiding store managers along with the teams that work under them.
- Strong business planning skills with comfort analysing category performance.
Good to have
- Familiarity with seasonal fashion ranges, including how sell-through is managed.
- Exposure to opening new stores within an existing cluster.
- Experience moving stock between stores to match local demand.
