About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Cluster Retail Manager – Premium to run a group of stores in the luxury and fashion segment with a strong focus on client relationships. You will guide teams on clienteling, customer engagement plus day-to-day execution. The role is where attentive service meets sales results.
What you'll do
- Build clienteling practices across the cluster so each team nurtures its client book.
- Coach store teams on engaging customers, presenting collections, following up after purchase.
- Track sales alongside client activity store by store, acting on gaps quickly.
- Keep presentation, stock or housekeeping standards in line with an elevated shopping experience.
- Personally look after relationships with select high-value clients across the cluster.
- Communicate clearly between store teams and the wider business on priorities or feedback.
What you'll bring
- 4–8 years of experience in luxury, premium or fashion retail, including store or cluster responsibility.
- A graduate degree or an MBA is expected for this role.
- Strong clienteling as well as relationship management skills built on the shop floor.
- Polished, articulate communication with discerning customers who expect attentive service.
- Sound working knowledge of store operations, stock control or visual presentation.
Good to have
- Prior experience in the luxury fashion sector with a loyal client base.
- Exposure to private appointments or personal shopping services for clients.
