About the role

HappinessCue is hiring a Community Executive to look after the communities that form around its well-being, mindfulness and holistic services, and the community of independent experts in its network. You will keep conversations active and respectful, and connect members with the programmes, content and experts relevant to them.

What you'll do

  • Plan and post regular community activity, such as discussion prompts, event announcements and content highlights.
  • Moderate community spaces so conversations stay respectful, on topic and within the agreed community rules.
  • Direct members to the relevant programmes, events or experts when they ask about available services.
  • Coordinate the expert community, sharing updates and gathering experts' ideas for community activity.
  • Track engagement and member feedback, and report what is working to content and programme colleagues.
  • Flag sensitive posts or concerns promptly to the right internal colleague, following agreed escalation steps.

What you'll bring

  • 0–4 years of experience in community management, social media engagement or member relations.
  • A graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline; relevant experience may be considered for some assignments.
  • Empathetic, careful written communication suited to conversations about well-being and mindfulness.
  • Attention to detail and consistent follow-up on member questions and requests.
  • Good judgement about when a conversation needs to be escalated rather than answered.

Good to have

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and their community moderation features.
  • Experience coordinating with professionals or experts in a community setting.
