About the role
HappinessCue is hiring a Content Executive to write and coordinate content across its academic, career, well-being, spiritual and holistic services. The work includes expert interviews and profiles, as well as client education pieces that explain how the services and sessions work.
What you'll do
- Interview independent experts and write clear profiles describing their background, areas and approach.
- Write client education content explaining how to choose an expert, book a session and prepare for it.
- Coordinate with experts to review and approve any content that features their name or words.
- Plan and track a content calendar across academic, career, well-being, spiritual and holistic areas.
- Edit drafts for accuracy, tone and house style before anything is published.
- Check that spiritual and holistic content is respectful and makes no claims about outcomes or results.
- Share finished content with community and programme colleagues so it reaches the right audiences.
What you'll bring
- 0–4 years of experience in content writing, editing or content coordination.
- A graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline; relevant experience may be considered for some assignments.
- Strong writing skills and the ability to explain a process simply and accurately.
- Attention to detail in fact-checking, editing and following a content process.
- Comfort coordinating with experts and stakeholders through drafts, reviews and approvals.
Good to have
- Exposure to writing about education, careers, well-being or spirituality.
- Experience conducting interviews and turning them into profiles or features.
- Familiarity with search-friendly writing and simple content performance reporting.
