About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Corporate Partnerships Manager to grow and manage partnerships with businesses across consumer, e-commerce and professional services. You will own the partnership portfolio, shape new deals and make existing partnerships deliver more for both sides.
What you'll do
- Own a portfolio of corporate partners, with a written plan and clear goals for each relationship.
- Negotiate partnership structure, commitments and commercial terms with senior partner contacts.
- Design joint initiatives that give partners a clear reason to stay engaged over time.
- Measure partnership outcomes and renegotiate or retire arrangements that underdeliver.
- Coach partnerships executives on outreach quality, partner servicing and follow-up discipline.
- Coordinate with marketing, operations and finance so partnership commitments are actually delivered.
- Bring partner feedback back into the business so offerings can be improved.
What you'll bring
- 3–7 years of experience in corporate partnerships, business development or key account management.
- A graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline; relevant experience may be considered for some assignments.
- A record of closing partnerships that produced measurable value for both organisations.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills across functions and seniority levels.
- The judgement to say no to partnerships that would not serve either side well.
Good to have
- Prior experience in Consumer, E-commerce or Professional Services businesses.
- Exposure to co-marketing arrangements or bundled offerings built with another company.
- Familiarity with partnership agreements and the obligations they create on each side.
