About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Corporate Sales Executive – Hospitality to win and look after corporate business for hospitality services. You will contact companies, follow up on leads, negotiate within guidelines and coordinate with operations once business is confirmed. The role builds selling and client handling skills in equal measure.
What you'll do
- Reach out to companies to introduce hospitality services and understand their requirements.
- Schedule sales meetings and presentations with administration, travel and HR contacts.
- Follow up consistently on proposals until a clear decision is reached.
- Negotiate corporate rates and terms within limits set by sales managers.
- Coordinate with reservations and operations so corporate guests receive the agreed service.
- Keep account records, contact histories and sales activity reports up to date.
What you'll bring
- 0–4 years of experience in sales, customer service or client handling, ideally in hospitality.
- A graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline; relevant experience may be considered for some assignments.
- Good communication and a professional manner with corporate clients.
- Discipline in follow-up and accurate record-keeping for every account.
- Willingness to build negotiation and account management skills on the job.
Good to have
- Prior experience in the hospitality, travel or events sector.
- Familiarity with CRM systems for logging calls and meetings.
- Exposure to corporate accommodation, meeting or event sales.
