Credit Operations Executive

About the role

One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Credit Operations Executive to support the smooth processing of credit applications behind the scenes. You will verify documentation, coordinate between sales, credit and customers, and keep each file moving through the agreed steps. Good credit operations keeps lending decisions accurate and customers properly informed.

What you'll do

• Check credit application files for completeness, correct signatures and valid supporting documents.
• Log applications in the processing system and route each one to the right credit reviewer.
• Follow up with sales colleagues and customers to close document gaps raised by the credit team.
• Prepare disbursement documentation once approvals are in place and confirm it is free of errors.
• Keep an accurate file register and support internal audits with well-organised records.
• Respond to customer queries on application status with clear and accurate updates.

What you'll bring

• 1–4 years of experience in credit operations, loan processing or banking operations support.
• A graduate degree in any discipline, combined with steady attention to detail in routine work.
• Working knowledge of common lending documents such as identity, income and address proofs.
• Clear written and spoken communication with internal teams as well as with customers.
• The patience to chase follow-ups methodically until each credit file is fully closed.

Good to have

• Exposure to commerce, finance, banking or customer service through education or work.
• Familiarity with audit checks or compliance reviews carried out on credit files.
• Prior experience in a lender's operations team within the financial services sector.
