About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring an E-commerce Marketing Manager to plan and run the digital campaigns that bring shoppers to its online store. You will combine campaign planning, storefront merchandising and CRM to grow sales, and lead the team that puts it into action.
What you'll do
- Plan the digital campaign calendar for the online store, covering launches, sale periods and always-on activity.
- Brief and coordinate creative, media and content partners so campaigns go live on time and on message.
- Shape website merchandising, including banners, collections and featured products, to support each campaign.
- Use CRM to segment customers and send relevant email and messaging journeys that drive repeat orders.
- Measure campaign results and return on spend, and move budgets towards what performs best.
- Lead the marketing team and present plans and outcomes to senior leadership.
What you'll bring
- 6–10 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, including ownership of campaigns and CRM.
- You hold an MBA or PGDM, which is essential for this role.
- Strong planning skills and the ability to run several campaigns in parallel.
- Comfort with campaign data and a steady habit of testing and learning.
- Experience managing a team, outside agencies and sizeable marketing budgets.
Good to have
- Prior experience in a D2C or e-commerce business.
- Exposure to marketing automation and building customer segments for targeting.
- Familiarity with marketplace advertising run alongside campaigns on the brand website.
