About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring an Education Outreach Intern to help connect training programmes with the learners and institutions who can benefit from them. In this internship you will research, coordinate and communicate, laying the groundwork for outreach that is timely and well organised.
What you'll do
- Research schools, colleges and training partners that could be approached for outreach.
- Build and update contact lists with accurate institution and coordinator details.
- Draft outreach emails and information notes that describe the available training programmes.
- Coordinate dates for information sessions and confirm arrangements with each institution.
- Prepare session material and attendance sheets in MS Office ahead of every outreach activity.
- Log responses and outcomes so the outreach plan can be reviewed and adjusted.
What you'll bring
- 0–1 year of experience; volunteering, campus roles or event support are all relevant.
- A graduate or undergraduate degree, or final-year study, depending on the role.
- Confident use of MS Office for documents, sheets and simple presentations.
- Friendly, clear communication with educators, coordinators and administrators.
- Willingness to learn and to take on varied coordination tasks from one week to the next.
Good to have
- Exposure to training delivery, workshops or academic events as an organiser or volunteer.
- Familiarity with how institutions plan their academic calendars and student activities.
- Prior experience in the Education / Training sector.
