About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring an Education Partnership Executive to set up and look after partnerships with schools and other institutions. You will own your partner relationships, keep them active and productive, and identify new institutions worth approaching.
What you'll do
- Identify institutions whose goals match the offering and initiate partnership conversations.
- Draft partnership proposals that set out what each side will contribute and expect.
- Coordinate the launch of new partnerships, including orientation for institution staff.
- Hold regular reviews with partner institutions to discuss progress and resolve issues.
- Support partner institutions with counselling sessions or student-facing activity where agreed.
- Keep partnership records, agreements and follow-up actions accurate and current.
What you'll bring
- 4–8 years of experience in partnerships, institutional sales or relationship management in education.
- A graduate degree or MBA forms the expected qualification.
- Strong communication with principals, administrators and the coordinators who run partnerships day to day.
- The ability to keep many partnerships moving with consistent follow-through.
- A collaborative style that builds trust across organisations.
Good to have
- Prior experience in the EdTech sector working with institutional partners.
- Exposure to institutional outreach events or school visits.
- Familiarity with drafting partnership agreements and handling their renewals.
