About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring an Education Partnership Manager to build a portfolio of institutional partnerships that deliver real value for students. You will decide which partnerships to pursue, negotiate their terms, and make sure each one keeps working well long after it is signed.
What you'll do
- Define which kinds of institutions make the strongest partners and focus outreach accordingly.
- Negotiate partnership structures, responsibilities and terms with institutional leadership.
- Monitor the health of each partnership and step in early when engagement drops.
- Design joint activities, such as student counselling days, that make partnerships visible to students.
- Prepare renewal discussions using evidence of what each partnership has achieved.
- Improve partnership processes, from onboarding checklists to review meetings.
What you'll bring
- 4–8 years of experience managing education partnerships or institutional relationships.
- A bachelor's degree or an MBA is the expected qualification.
- Confident negotiation and stakeholder management with senior academic leaders.
- Analytical thinking to judge which partnerships are performing and why.
- Clear written communication for proposals, agreements and reviews.
Good to have
- Prior experience in the Education or EdTech sector.
- Exposure to joint student engagement programmes run with institutions.
- Familiarity with how universities and schools approve partnerships.
