About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring an Event Production Intern to help turn experiential event concepts into well-run productions. During this internship you will work with clients and vendors on the practical details, so that what was promised in planning appears correctly on the day.
What you'll do
- Track production requirements such as fabrication, décor, lighting and equipment for each event.
- Coordinate with vendors on quotations, delivery schedules and set-up windows at the venue.
- Share production updates with client servicing colleagues and record any changes clients request.
- Maintain production sheets listing every element, who owns it and its current status.
- Support production at the venue by checking that installations match the approved layouts.
- Help with dismantling and handover, noting any damage or pending items for follow-up.
What you'll bring
- Freshers welcome; 0–1 year of experience in events, hospitality or production support.
- An undergraduate qualification, or current studies towards graduation.
- Practical problem-solving and calm communication with vendors and clients alike.
- Attention to detail when checking quantities, specifications and deadlines.
- Willingness to be hands-on during set-up, show days and dismantling.
Good to have
- Exposure to stage, exhibition or experiential set design and build.
- Familiarity with reading floor layouts or basic production drawings.
- Prior experience in the Events / Experiential / Hospitality sector.
