About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring an Events Manager – Corporate & Lifestyle to deliver business gatherings and lifestyle events with equal polish. You will coordinate the details, serve clients closely and keep vendors performing.
What you'll do
- Coordinate corporate meets, launches and lifestyle evenings from brief to wrap-up.
- Serve as the client's main contact, sharing plans, options and progress in clear language.
- Select vendors for décor, food, entertainment and production, matching each to the event's tone.
- Manage vendor relationships and hold them to agreed quality and schedules.
- Oversee event days, keeping guest flow, timings and presentation on track.
- Build lasting relationships with repeat clients by remembering preferences and improving each time.
What you'll bring
- 4–8 years of experience coordinating corporate and lifestyle events.
- A graduate degree is needed; an MBA is an equally valid route.
- Strong vendor management and a good eye for presentation.
- Warm, articulate communication with clients at every stage.
- Relationship management that turns one-off clients into regulars.
Good to have
- Prior experience in the hospitality or experiential sector.
- Familiarity with high-touch guest service standards for discerning audiences.
- Exposure to themed décor and styling for lifestyle events.
