Expert invitation: Vastu Consultant

About the role

HappinessCue is inviting independent vastu consultants to join its expert network. People planning, buying or arranging a home or workplace book consultations on HappinessCue for a vastu perspective, explained plainly and respectfully, and the HappinessCue team reviews applications submitted through CareerBricks before inviting suitable consultants to register on HappinessCue. This is an independent engagement, not employment.

What you'll do

• Study the floor plans, layouts and orientation details that people share when they book a consultation.
• Explain the vastu principles relevant to a home, room or workplace in plain, respectful terms.
• Suggest practical layout or arrangement options that fit the person's space, budget and preferences.
• Describe recommendations as traditional guidance to consider, without promising any particular result.
• Recommend that any structural change be checked with a qualified architect or engineer before work begins.
• Answer follow-up questions after a consultation and clarify anything left uncertain.
• This is guidance, mentoring or coaching. It does not include diagnosis or treatment.

What you'll bring

• Demonstrable experience as a vastu consultant advising on homes, offices or other spaces.
• The ability to read floor plans and visualise a space from drawings and photographs.
• Unhurried explanations that respect each person's beliefs and choices.
• Honesty about the limits of vastu advice, with no promises of particular outcomes.
• Readiness to be onboarded and verified by HappinessCue. Engagement terms are shared during onboarding.

Good to have

• A background in architecture, interior design or civil engineering.
• Formal study of vastu shastra with a recognised teacher or institution.
• Experience with both residential and commercial spaces.
