About the role
HappinessCue is hiring an Expert Success Executive to look after independent experts once they are part of the network. You will be their day-to-day contact for anything about working on the platform, with particular attention to experts in spiritual and holistic areas.
What you'll do
- Act as the first point of contact for experts on bookings, schedules, profile changes and platform questions.
- Check in with experts regularly to understand how their sessions are going and what is getting in the way.
- Help experts keep their availability, session formats and profile information accurate and current.
- Coordinate with programme colleagues when experts take part in group programmes or events.
- Pass on client feedback to experts tactfully and follow up on any changes agreed.
- Log expert issues and requests, and track each one until it is resolved.
- Respect the practices and terminology of spiritual and holistic experts in every interaction.
What you'll bring
- 0–4 years of experience in relationship management, partner relations or service coordination.
- A graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline; relevant experience may be considered for some assignments.
- Empathetic communication and active listening when experts raise concerns.
- Attention to detail and dependable follow-up on open requests.
- A respectful approach to people from varied professional and spiritual backgrounds.
Good to have
- Exposure to working with spiritual, holistic or well-being practitioners in any capacity.
- Familiarity with marketplace or network models in which providers are independent.
