About the role
HappinessCue is hiring an Expert Training & Enablement Executive to help independent experts use the platform confidently. You will prepare and run practical walkthroughs of platform processes, from managing availability to handling bookings and feedback, so experts can concentrate on their sessions.
What you'll do
- Run walkthroughs for newly onboarded experts on profiles, availability, bookings and session processes.
- Prepare clear how-to notes, checklists and short explainers about platform processes for experts.
- Update enablement material whenever a process changes, and tell experts what is different.
- Answer expert questions about platform processes and record recurring ones for future material.
- Coordinate with onboarding and expert success colleagues to schedule enablement sessions at the right time.
- Collect feedback from experts after each walkthrough and improve the material accordingly.
What you'll bring
- 0–4 years of experience in training coordination, user onboarding or process enablement roles.
- A graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline; relevant experience may be considered for some assignments.
- Clear communication and the ability to explain a process step by step without jargon.
- Attention to detail when documenting processes and keeping materials current.
- Organised follow-up across many experts at different stages.
Good to have
- Exposure to adult learning or running training sessions for professionals.
- Familiarity with creating simple screen recordings or visual walkthroughs.
