About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Fashion & Beauty Shoot Coordinator to plan and run the logistics behind editorial and campaign shoots. You will coordinate talent, crews and schedules so every shoot day runs smoothly and delivers what the team planned. Nothing reaches the camera without passing through this role.
What you'll do
- Plan shoots from brief to call sheet, covering venues, props, wardrobe and timings.
- Coordinate talent bookings, including models, stylists, makeup artists and photographers.
- Schedule crews and studios and share updates promptly when plans change.
- Manage the samples and products needed for each shoot, including returns.
- Be present on set to keep the day on schedule and solve problems quickly.
- Track shoot budgets and paperwork such as releases and invoices.
What you'll bring
- 1–4 years of experience in shoot production, fashion coordination or media production.
- A graduate degree in Mass Communication, Fashion, Media, Marketing or a related discipline.
- Excellent organisation and scheduling skills across crews and talent.
- Confident communication with talent, agents and creative teams.
- Calm problem-solving when something goes wrong on a shoot day.
Good to have
- Exposure to beauty product shoots and close-up product styling.
- Familiarity with usage rights and model release paperwork.
- Prior experience in the media and entertainment sector.
