About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Fashion Brand Partnerships Manager to build and manage partnerships with fashion brands in a retail setting. You will bring partner brands into stores, plan joint customer engagement activity and look after each relationship day to day. Good partnerships widen what customers can discover and buy.
What you'll do
- Identify fashion brands that fit the customer base and open conversations about retail partnerships.
- Agree partnership terms, including space, presentation and joint sales plans.
- Coordinate onboarding of partner brands with retail operations, visual merchandising and stock teams.
- Plan joint customer engagement activity, such as launches and clienteling events, with partner brands.
- Review partner sales and resolve issues quickly to keep relationships healthy.
- Act as the main point of contact for partner brands and keep communication clear.
What you'll bring
- 4–8 years of experience in brand partnerships, retail business development or fashion account management.
- A graduate degree or an MBA, with commercial negotiation experience.
- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills with brand owners.
- Understanding of fashion retail operations and how partner sales are tracked.
- Clear, persuasive communication in meetings and written proposals.
Good to have
- Partnership roles held in luxury or fashion retail.
- Exposure to concession and shop-in-shop models in fashion stores.
- Familiarity with co-marketing planning and joint budgets alongside partner brands.
