About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Fashion Consultant to help customers put together outfits they feel good in. You will offer styling advice, keep displays fresh and coordinate with the store team on customer needs. Helpful styling turns browsing into confident buying.
What you'll do
- Help customers choose garments by asking about occasion, fit and personal style.
- Put together complete outfits, suggesting layers, colours and accessories that work together.
- Advise on sizes and fits, and coordinate alteration or size requests with the team.
- Keep racks and display tables tidy, styled and in line with the store's visual presentation.
- Follow fashion trends and new arrivals so your suggestions stay current.
- Coordinate with colleagues so no customer waits long for help on the floor.
What you'll bring
- 0–3 years of experience in fashion retail, styling or customer service; freshers are welcome.
- A graduate degree or diploma in fashion, design, merchandising or a related field is preferred.
- Good fashion awareness and a personal sense of style.
- Friendly customer service with a genuine interest in what people like to wear.
- Easy coordination with colleagues during busy trading periods.
Good to have
- Earlier work in the fashion, garments or textile sector.
- Familiarity with fabrics, fits and basic garment care.
- Exposure to visual merchandising tasks in a fashion store.
