About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Fashion Consultant – Luxury to advise luxury clients on fashion choices and build relationships that bring them back each season. You will engage clients personally, drive sales through considered recommendations and support store operations. Expertise and discretion are central to this role.
What you'll do
- Advise clients on collections, fit and styling, drawing on deep knowledge of the luxury range.
- Maintain a personal clientele and engage them with previews, appointments and follow-ups.
- Drive personal sales through considered recommendations rather than volume selling.
- Mentor newer consultants on luxury service and confident client conversations.
- Support retail operations, including stock checks, transfers and presentation standards.
- Share client feedback on fit and demand to help the store plan future buys.
What you'll bring
- 4–8 years of experience in luxury fashion sales or personal styling.
- A graduate degree or an MBA; strong luxury experience matters as much.
- Proven clienteling and relationship management with a loyal client base.
- Strong fashion knowledge and a refined, current sense of taste.
- Polished communication that adapts to each client's manner.
Good to have
- Client-facing consulting experience in a luxury fashion boutique.
- Familiarity with tailoring, fit adjustments and arranging alterations for clients.
- Exposure to personal shopping services for valued clients.
