About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Fashion Events Coordinator – Senior to run in-store and client events that deepen relationships and support sales. You will own event coordination, work closely with retail teams and look after valued clients.
What you'll do
- Plan in-store and private client events such as previews, trunk shows and styling sessions.
- Work with retail teams to invite clients using clienteling records and preferences.
- Coordinate event logistics, presentation and hospitality to a consistently high standard.
- Host and engage clients at events, supporting sales associates in conversations.
- Track event attendance, sales and follow-ups, sharing insights with retail managers.
- Strengthen long-term client relationships through thoughtful follow-up after each event.
What you'll bring
- 4–8 years of experience in fashion retail, clienteling or retail events.
- A graduate qualification at minimum, with an MBA also considered.
- Strong customer engagement and relationship management with repeat clients.
- A good understanding of retail operations and how events support sales.
- Polished, confident communication with discerning clients and their guests.
Good to have
- Prior experience in the luxury, fashion or retail sector.
- Familiarity with clienteling records, client databases and follow-up routines.
- Exposure to visual merchandising and store styling for events.
