About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Fashion Retail Manager to run a fashion store and keep its customers engaged and returning. You will lead retail operations, drive sales and build clienteling habits in the team. Results depend on how well service, stock and selling come together on the floor.
What you'll do
- Lead daily retail operations, including stock flow, presentation, staffing and store compliance.
- Drive store sales by reviewing performance with the team and shifting focus by category.
- Build clienteling habits so associates capture preferences and follow up with regular customers.
- Plan and carry out floor changes for new collections and end-of-season sale periods.
- Recruit, train and coach store staff on product knowledge and customer engagement.
- Share sales, stock and customer feedback updates with clear next steps for each.
What you'll bring
- 4–8 years of experience in fashion retail, including responsibility for running a store.
- A graduate degree or an MBA, along with real time spent on the shop floor.
- Strong retail operations and sales management skills in a fashion setting.
- Experience in clienteling and keeping customers engaged between collections.
- Good communication and steady leadership of a mixed-experience team.
Good to have
- Store management experience in luxury or premium fashion.
- Familiarity with fashion visual merchandising and floor planning.
- Exposure to inventory audits and stock reconciliation at season end.
