About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Fashion Show Coordinator to keep shows organised from fittings to the final walk. You will coordinate models, looks and running orders while supporting the creative team.
What you'll do
- Build and update running orders, look lists and model line-ups for each show.
- Schedule fittings and rehearsals, confirming attendance with models and stylists.
- Coordinate backstage, cueing models and checking each look against the styling notes.
- Support stylists and visual teams so the presentation matches the creative brief.
- Help manage guest seating and the front-of-house welcome with courtesy.
- Pack and return garments and accessories after the show, matching them against inventory.
What you'll bring
- 0–3 years of experience in fashion shows, styling or events; freshers can apply.
- A graduate degree or diploma, with Fashion, Design, Merchandising or a related field preferred.
- Strong coordination skills in busy backstage settings with many quick changes.
- A keen eye for styling detail and visual presentation.
- Courteous communication with models, guests and creative staff.
Good to have
- Awareness of fashion trends, designers and show formats.
- Experience volunteering at fashion weeks or college fashion shows.
- Familiarity with basic styling techniques used backstage between looks.
