About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Fashion Show Producer to take creative concepts and turn them into shows that run flawlessly. You will lead production, manage models, vendors and logistics, and set the standards backstage.
What you'll do
- Translate the creative concept into a production plan covering set, lighting, sound and runway.
- Oversee model casting, fittings and rehearsals with stylists and choreographers.
- Select and manage vendors for set build, technical production and backstage services.
- Plan show logistics, including timings, backstage flow and guest movement.
- Lead production and backstage teams on show day, calling cues and handling problems.
- Control the production budget and approve spend against the plan.
What you'll bring
- 7–11 years of experience producing fashion shows or fashion events.
- A graduate degree, the qualification required for this role.
- Deep knowledge of runway production and show logistics.
- Strong coordination of vendors, models and creative teams.
- Steady leadership under the pressure of live shows.
Good to have
- Experience producing shows during fashion weeks or major seasonal events.
- An existing network of fashion production specialists and backstage crews.
- Familiarity with show calling, cue sheets and technical rehearsals.
