About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Fashion Stylist – Premium Retail to offer premium clients a personal styling service that builds loyalty. You will lead one-to-one styling sessions, engage clients between visits and contribute to store sales. Expert styling is a strong reason premium clients choose to return.
What you'll do
- Run one-to-one styling appointments, building wardrobes around each client's lifestyle and preferences.
- Prepare curated selections ahead of appointments using what you know of the client's history.
- Keep in touch with clients, sharing new looks and inviting them to private styling sessions.
- Contribute to sales by linking styling advice to the premium range in store.
- Work with retail operations on stock availability and garment preparation before sessions.
- Share styling insights with the store team to raise everyone's product knowledge.
What you'll bring
- 4–8 years of experience in fashion styling or personal shopping in premium or luxury retail.
- A graduate degree or an MBA, alongside a strong styling portfolio.
- Proven clienteling and relationship management with repeat clients.
- A strong fashion sense and detailed knowledge of premium product.
- Polished, reassuring communication during one-to-one sessions with clients.
Good to have
- Personal styling experience gained with clients of a luxury fashion label.
- Exposure to image consulting or wardrobe planning services.
- Familiarity with alterations, tailoring and fit adjustments for premium garments.
