About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Fundraising Executive in the NGO and social services space. You will reach out to supporters and communities, coordinate with stakeholders and keep careful records so that every contribution is handled with care.
What you'll do
- Reach out to individuals, community groups and local stakeholders to build support for the cause.
- Explain the organisation's work clearly and honestly during every outreach conversation.
- Carry out field work for outreach activity, community meetings and supporter visits.
- Maintain accurate documentation of donors, contributions and acknowledgements.
- Coordinate with programme teams to share updates and impact stories with supporters.
- Follow up with supporters to thank them and keep them engaged over time.
- Prepare simple summaries of outreach activity and results for internal review.
What you'll bring
- 0–3 years of experience in fundraising, community outreach or related social sector work.
- A graduate degree in any discipline; relevant experience or demonstrated skills are preferred.
- Warm, respectful communication with people from many walks of life.
- Careful documentation and record-keeping, especially where contributions are involved.
- A genuine commitment to the purpose behind the work.
Good to have
- Prior experience in the NGO / Social Services / Industry Associations sector.
- Exposure to donor stewardship and long-term supporter relationships.
- Familiarity with the compliance requirements for charitable contributions.
