About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Guest Experience Executive – Events to look after attendees from the moment they arrive until the event wraps up. You will run registration, guide guests and work with vendors so every detail on the ground goes as planned. It is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys people and stays calm when plans change.
What you'll do
- Set up and run registration counters, checking guest lists and issuing badges or passes accurately.
- Greet arriving guests, answer their questions and direct them to sessions, seating and hospitality areas.
- Coordinate with décor, catering and AV vendors during the event so every timing stays on track.
- Note guest requests and complaints, resolve the simple ones yourself and escalate the rest promptly.
- Support the event lead with run-of-show checks, crew briefings and last-minute changes during on-ground execution.
- Help collect guest feedback and prepare short notes on what worked well and what did not.
What you'll bring
- 0–3 years of experience in event coordination, guest handling or a front-facing hospitality role.
- A graduate degree in any discipline, completed or recognised by the time you join.
- Clear, courteous communication and patience with guests who are lost, late or unhappy.
- Steady attention to detail when checking names, registration lists and seating plans.
- Willingness to follow briefs closely and take direction from senior members of the event team.
Good to have
- An academic background in event management or hospitality, which the hiring team prefers.
- Exposure to on-ground execution at conferences, launches, concerts or social events.
- Familiarity with digital registration or guest check-in systems used at events.
