About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Head – Corporate Communications to guard and strengthen its reputation with every audience that matters. This leadership role brings together corporate strategy, campaign oversight and close counsel to senior leaders.
What you'll do
- Shape a corporate communications strategy that serves business goals and sits comfortably beside the marketing strategy.
- Advise senior leaders on positioning, announcements and sensitive matters, and prepare them for public moments.
- Oversee corporate campaigns across media, digital and internal channels, from brief through to evaluation.
- Set up reputation tracking and analytics that show how audiences perceive the organisation over time.
- Lead and develop the communications team, building the skills the function will need in future.
- Manage external partners and stakeholder relationships so that messaging stays consistent at every touchpoint.
What you'll bring
- 12–17 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations or a closely related field.
- A graduate or postgraduate qualification in a relevant discipline.
- Proven judgement in handling reputation-sensitive issues and advising leaders under pressure.
- Experience directing campaign management across several channels at once.
- Strong stakeholder management with senior executive audiences, backed by a leadership style that develops people.
Good to have
- Prior experience heading a corporate communications function, including its media and internal channels.
- Exposure to crisis communication planning and rehearsal exercises.
- Familiarity with reputation measurement approaches and communications analytics.
