About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Hospitality Sales Manager to win and look after clients for events and experiential hospitality, then make sure what was promised is delivered. You will own client relationships from end to end and work closely with vendors and event teams.
What you'll do
- Meet prospective clients to understand their event brief, audience and expectations in detail.
- Prepare proposals that bring together venue, catering, decor and hospitality elements within the client's budget.
- Coordinate with vendors on quotes, availability and delivery so that every proposal is realistic.
- Stay closely involved during event planning, acting as the client's single point of contact.
- Resolve last-minute changes with clients and vendors calmly, protecting both quality and margin.
- Review completed events with clients and use their feedback to secure repeat business.
What you'll bring
- 4–8 years of experience in hospitality or event sales, client servicing or event coordination.
- You should hold a graduate degree or an MBA.
- Strong relationship management skills and a habit of keeping clients informed at each stage.
- Experience negotiating with, briefing and managing event vendors.
- Clear written and spoken communication for proposals, presentations and client meetings.
Good to have
- Exposure to experiential or brand events alongside conventional hospitality.
- An existing network of reliable event vendors and venues.
- Prior experience in the events or hospitality sector in a client-facing sales role.
