About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring an Influencer Events Manager to plan and run events that bring creators and fashion or beauty brands together. You will manage creator partnerships, curate guest lists and make sure each event gives creators something worth sharing. The role blends relationship management with tight event planning.
What you'll do
- Plan creator events such as previews, launches and meet-ups, from concept to guest departure.
- Build partnerships with creators and their managers, agreeing deliverables and expectations clearly.
- Curate invitation lists and manage RSVPs, arrivals and seating for creators and invited guests.
- Brief creators on brand messages and product details so their content stays accurate.
- Manage the events team and vendors, including styling, set design and hospitality partners.
- Track content and attendance after each event and report outcomes to brand stakeholders.
What you'll bring
- 6–10 years of experience in influencer marketing, events or fashion and beauty marketing.
- A graduate degree or an MBA, with a working understanding of brand communication.
- Established creator relationships, or proven skill in building rapport with creators quickly.
- Strong guest management and organisational ability for curated, high-visibility events.
- Clear planning skills covering budgets, timelines and business plans for event calendars.
Good to have
- Prior experience in the fashion or beauty sector working with brand teams.
- Familiarity with creator agreements and advertising disclosure norms.
- Exposure to measuring creator content performance after events.
