About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Logistics Customer Support Executive to be the voice customers hear when they ask where their shipment is. You will track orders, coordinate with operations and close the loop, turning anxious enquiries into clear and accurate answers.
What you'll do
- Answer customer calls, emails and messages about shipment status and expected delivery.
- Track consignments and give customers accurate, honest updates even when news is delayed.
- Raise complaints about delays, damage or missing items and follow each one to closure.
- Coordinate with dispatch and delivery colleagues to resolve customer issues quickly.
- Document every interaction and its resolution clearly in the support log.
- Spot common complaint themes and share them with operations so they can be fixed.
What you'll bring
- 0–3 years of experience in customer support, ideally with some link to logistics.
- A graduate degree or diploma in logistics, supply chain, operations or a related area is preferred.
- Patient, clear communication with customers who are frustrated or under pressure.
- Diligent follow-up until each case is fully resolved and recorded.
- Enough understanding of shipment flows to explain where a consignment is held up.
Good to have
- Exposure to ticketing or CRM systems used by support desks.
- Familiarity with courier operations and shipment tracking processes.
- Prior experience in the Logistics / Supply Chain sector in a customer-facing role.
